HiRecruitment & Training is a national representative for the Kickstart Scheme.

The scheme was introduced to help young people (16-24 year olds) who are at risk of long-term unemployment.

Funding is available for 100% of the age-relevant National Minimum Wage/National Living Rate for 25 hours per week as well as full employment costs and contributions.
